Post Workout Smoothie by Tia Blanco

“Make sure to get your protein in!” We all hear it whenever we finish up a workout, but it’s not always easy making a balanced and healthy post-workout meal. Our girl, Tia Blanco, shared her favorite post surfing smoothie recipe with us using her new flavor, Peaches and Cream!

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • ¾ cup of mixed fruits (pineapple, mango, peaches, and raspberries)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbs of chia seeds
  • 1 tbs of maca powder
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • ½ cup of water
  • 2 scoops of VeganSmart Peaches and Cream

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or cup and enjoy!
  3. Recover like superstar surfer, Tia Blanco after your workouts.
