Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies Recipe

Lighter, healthier, but just as tasty. Our SuperFan Kristy created this peanut butter chocolate chip blondie recipe guilt and gluten free. Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Gluten-Free flour
  • 6 scoops VeganSmart Vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • dash salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions: Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 20-24 minutes in an 8×9 in pan.
