Our SuperFan Jaclyn wants us all to step away from the oven. She’s got sweet treats we can make without having to even turn a knob. We love pies, and right around the holidays especially Thanksgiving pie is the perfect dessert. Here’s what you’ll need for this no-bake peanut butter chocolate pie:
Ingredients & Directions:
Crust:
- 1 c walnuts
- 1 c cashews
- 1/2 c raisins
- 2 tbsp agave
- 1/4 c Chocolate VeganSmart
- Blend in food processor.
- Place in greased pie pan then freeze.
Filling:
- 1 12oz pack tofu
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/2 c chocolate coconut peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Pea Protein
- Blend in food processor then spread on top of pie crust. Freeze for 1 hr.
Chocolate:
- 1/4 c almond milk
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 scoop VeganSmart Chocolate
- Blend really well then spread on top.
- Place in fridge to set for 1 hr then it’s ready to eat!
